Would you like to return your therapy system?

We would like to offer you the opportunity of purchasing the therapy system privately at a preferential price. That would save you future travel and expenditure, e.g. further additional payments for assistive devices, travelling expenses, etc. However, please bear in mind that private purchase of the therapy system constitutes voluntary acquisition. The cost of the therapy system and consumables will then not normally be reimbursed by your health insurer.

If you have received a letter from us recently, please have your VG No. ready to speed up processing - you will normally find it at the top right. Alternatively, you can also send a brief email enquiry to info@ticmed.de, indicating the VG No. Asking doesn't cost anything! We will make you an attractive offer with no obligation! It's worth it!

If you would like to return your therapy system nevertheless, please simply click "Return slip - to the returning slip" below to then fill in and print out a DHL parcel return form. Please bear in mind that we are NOT able to accept deliveries where postage has not been paid!
